Our Contract

All orders and subscription requests received are an offer to purchase and are subject to acceptance by DODO Limited (” DoDo Flowers”) and DoDo Inc and any of its personnel, reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to reject any order without giving reasons. In the event of rejection, we will refund or cancel any payments received in full, via the payment method used to place the order. Acceptance of your offer and completion of the contract between us only takes place when we start to process your order.

If you wish to alter your order or subscription, please contact the Customer Service Team at contact@flowerbx.com. We’ll always do our best to make last-minute changes for you, but we can only guarantee changes (including the delivery address and gift card message) no later than 36 business hours prior to your order going out.

We do not offer any holiday decor services, including Christmas tree installations, wreaths, or garlands. We do offer holiday decor centerpieces, which you can find on our website.

Delivery

Yes, we offer same day delivery anywhere within 75 miles of our New York City storefront! Same-day orders within Manhattan below 125th Street must be placed by 2 PM EST.
For local Manhattan orders, our delivery fee is $18. All orders to Upper Manhattan (above 125th St.), Queens, Brooklyn & the Bronx have a delivery fee of $30. Orders to Staten Island, Westchester, and Nassau County delivery fee of $35. Orders to New Jersey are $40. Orders to Rockland and Suffolk County have a delivery fee of $45.
Yes, our minimum amount for delivery for a floral arrangement is $100 (not including tax and delivery fee). The starting price for our plants is $75. If you wish to order something below our delivery minimum, you may call us to place an order for store pickup.

Our #1 goal is to have your flowers delivered as quickly as possible. We will deliver your order within the selected time frame in the checkout process. Please note for outerborough deliveries, our delivery time frame is from 9am – 5pm, as routes/traffic vary each day. Trust us it will be there before 5 PM 🙂

Yes! You will receive an email confirmation sent to your email address when the flowers have been delivered.
For plants or orchids, if your item arrives damaged or not up to standards, please contact us within 14 days to address the issue. After 14 days we are unable to replace your order.

Payment

We currently accept payment from all major credit card companies, including American Express. In addition, we accept payment from Paypal, Shopify Pay, and Google Pay.
